Join The Club

Membership

Any person over 21 may apply to join the Club. New members must be sponsored by an existing proprietary or associate member (please call for more information) and must be approved by the Board of Directors. Copies of the Membership Application, Range Rules, and the Code of Conduct are available on our website for your review. However, applicants must bring their completed application to the club to apply for membership; no mail in applications will be accepted.

Proprietary Membership

There are a limited number of Proprietary Memberships available. These memberships are numbered and recorded and are transferable to family members, or can be sold to other members. PM’s are vested owners of the club and it’s facilities. They have a vote in any balloting on how the club is operated and who is elected to the Board of Directors. they can run for and serve on the Board, and can be elected as an officer of the club. PMs can also use the clubhouse for personal events without the customary rental fee, and can use the campground without charge.

To become a PM you must be a current club member in good standing and be approved by the Board. Proprietary Memberships are available directly from the club, and when they are available can be purchased resale from current PM’s.

Online Dues Payments and Donations

The Holmes Harbor Rod & Gun Club provides its members with a variety of payment methods. As always, you can just mail a check to the club or stop in and pay by cash, check, or credit card (fees apply). We do our best to make it easy.
